Return & Exchange Policy
Our products are always packed with love and care so that the products that reach to you are completely safe and not used before. Our aim is to provide you the products that are genuine and 100% satisfies the customers. However, due to some certain reason you are not satisfied with our product we offer easy return and Exchange policy. You can return or exchange our products within 5 days from the date of receiving. Also to be aware that some of our items might not fall under the return policy. Here list of items which fall under the return and non-returnable category.

While returning, keep in mind the product that is used, washed and missing of the original tag are not be returnable. Make sure that you sent the returned product along with all the freebies, original packing and copy of the invoice.
Only sizes exchanges are permitted under the Exchange Policy. Items for a similar or a distinct size can be exchanged. Purchase new product as exchanges of the different product is not accepted. Besides, we will refund your money on the born babies‘ account which can be redeemed against the new purchase.
Before returning ensure you are sending the correct product and they are properly packed. Born babies are not responsible for the damage or loss of the incorrect product while in a transaction.
The entire product which is purchased in “group offer” should be refunded as well like buy 1 get 2 free, or buy 1 get 1 free. All product related to the offer should send along with the returned item.
Although we make every effort to fulfill all the orders placed by any chance you found an issue or defected product don‘t worry we are happy to help. You can initiate a return request from the born babies account or mail us at email@example.com with your Order ID and clear description of returning the product with a photo attached to start the refund procedure. Here are the procedures to make a return through Born Babies account.
Login to your Born Babies account and then head on to order history option
You will find all the products you have ordered on the screen now click on the product that you like to return or exchange.
In the product section, you will see a return link next to the product click on the page which redirects to the page return page
Fill all the necessary and valid detail properly and submit the request.
Thats it. Our order delivery team will pick up your product at the preferred time and location.
You can track the order and refund status under manage return page.
- Once the product is received from our side, it goes through a quality check to make sure the product is not used or damaged.
- When the product passes the quality test your refund process will be Initiated.If Quality got differ from customer 25 % will detect from the bill.
- We will refund the amount within 5-7 working days in your born babies account.
- Once the amount is refunded into your born babies account you can redeem against the new purchase
- Before Choosing the Refund Process. Please select the Bornbabies Wallet or Original Payment Mode[Bank].
If the payment method is EMI the amount will be credited back to the preferred bank or BB account within 5- 7 days. And if you wish to know the charges taken from the credit card or pre-closure please consult your respected bank for more details
Refund through Cash on Delivery (COD)
If the payment method is COD then we will refund your amount to the bank of the choice or BB account within 5-7 days. You will be asked to fill your bank details during this process. Make sure you have entered correct details Born Babies are not responsible for transaction issues if you have entered invalid details. In COD method of payment, shipment charges and COD charges levied on the order are not refundable.
Refund through Digital wallet Payment method
In the case, Digital wallet payment method like Paytm, Phonepe the refunded amount will be transferred to the original mode of payment or to your born babies account.
